TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN BOLTON, AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE KASHMIRI COMMUNITY, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER KASHMIRI PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATION IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN THE SAID COMMUNITY
