(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE ART OF OPERA.
(B) THE RELIEF OF NEED OF HOMELESS PEOPLE.
