THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO USE THE PROPERTY AS A PLAYING FIELD AND RECREATION GROUND AND TO PROVIDE OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOTH THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE AND THE PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE SPECIAL NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR LIFE.
