THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: 1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE WITHIN THE BIRMINGHAM AREA BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCH CHILDREN. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND CHILD-CARE PROFESSIONALS IN CHILDCARE AND BETTER STANDARDS OF CHILDCARE.
