THE CREW'S OBJECTS ARE TO TRAIN GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN IN BOATING AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES THEREBY ENCOURAGING THEM TO TAKE AN ACTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE ROLE IN SOCIETY.
