TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS AGED 50 AND OVER WHO ARE NOT IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF CLASSES AND MEETINGS AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID PERSONS.
