(A) THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF THE "HEARTS OF OAK" AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES OF AN EDUCATIONAL NATURE CALCULATED TO IMPROVE THE PUBLIC'S AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF THE BOAT'S HISTORICAL PAST. (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE LOCAL HISTORY OF ULVERSTON AND IT SURROUNDING COASTAL REGIONS.
