THE RELIEF OF NEED HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONGST PEOPLE IN FRANCOPHONE AFRICA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE BUT IN PARTICULAR BY WORKING WITH LOCAL PEOPLE TO DEVELOP SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES WITHIN THEIR OWN REGION WHICH FURTHER THE STATED CHARITABLE PURPOSE
