TO RELIEVE THOSE PERSONS IN THE LOUTH AND DISTRICT AREA WITHOUT LIMITATIONS OF RACE,GENDER, DISABILITY, AGE, CLASS OR BELIEF WHO ARE SUFFERING FORM A LIFE THREATENING OR TERMINAL ILLNESS BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES OTHERWISE NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY; AND TO RELIVE THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY THE FAMILIES, CARERS AND FRIENDS IN THEIR CARING FOR SUCH PERSONS;
