Charitable objects
1: PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE IMPROVEMENT, PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF THE ENGLISH COUNTRYSIDE AND IN PARTICULAR THAT OF THE COUNTY OF WARWICKSHIRE AS CONSTITUTED FROM TIME TO TIME PLUS THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM (INCLUDING SUTTON COLDFIELD), THE CITY OF COVENTRY AND THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF SOLIHULL (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT"), ITS COUNTRYSIDE, TOWNS AND VILLAGES, AND THE BETTER DEVELOPMENT OF THE RURAL ENVIRONMENT; AND 2: PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.
