Charitable objects

1) TO PROMOTE THE ENHANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS INHABITANTS; AND 2) TO ADVANCE ART AND EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE CREATION, ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SCULPTURE OF A FINE LADY UPON A WHITE HORSE IN PROXIMITY TO THE CROSS AT BANBURY AND IF THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER APPROPRIATE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH OTHER ARTEFACTS IN BANBURY RELATING TO THE NURSERY RHYME "RIDE A COCK HORSE TO BANBURY CROSS" AS ARE CAPABLE OF FURTHERING THESE OBJECTS.
