Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE SAID CHARITY IN THE AWARD OF EXHIBITIONS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, BURSARIES AND MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES FOR THE LIKE PURPOSES AS THOSE PRESCRIBED FOR THE LEAVING EXHIBITION FUND TO BOYS AND YOUNG MEN UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO HAVE BEEN EDUCATED AT A SCHOOL WITHIN 10 MILES OF THE TOWN HALL OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE TRUSTEES ARE UNABLE IN ANY YEAR TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE SAID CHARITY FOR THE PURPOSES DECLARED ABOVE THEY MAY APPLY THE SAME IN AUGMENTING THE INCOME OF THE LANCASTER ROYAL GRAMMAR SCHOOL CHARITY
