THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, BUT IN PARTICULAR BY WORKING WITH LOCAL PEOPLE TO DEVELOP SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES WITHIN THEIR OWN REGION WHICH FURTHER THE STATED CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
