MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED ON THE 10TH OCTOBER 2001 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION DATED 19TH MAY 2002.
Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED ARE: (A) TO PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE BOROUGH OF BRENT AND OTHERS THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTIONAL AND LANDSCAPE HERITAGE OF DOLLIS HILL HOUSE, DOLLIS HILL LANE, IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT AND ADJACENT GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS; AND (B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF SAID PERSONS; AND (C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION. IN PURSUING THE ABOVE OBJECTS THE TRUST SHALL SEEK TO ENSURE THAT ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY REGARDLESS OF ETHNIC ORIGIN, DISABILITY, GENDER, AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RELIGION SHALL PARTICIPATE IN AND BENEFIT FROM ITS ACTIVITIES."
