THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE APPLIED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES IN OR TOWARDS PAYING FOR THE RATES TAXES COSTS OF INSURANCE REPAIRS OUTGOINGS UPKEEP HEATING LIGHTING CLEANING EQUIPPING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID PIECE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS AND THE FURNITURE THEREOF AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR THE RECREATION EDUCATION AND SOCIAL EDIFICATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH OF WEST TISTED.
