Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AMONGST PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CANCER, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISIONS OF GRANTS (TO PAY FOR OR TOWARDS) TO: A. REGISTERED CHARITIES WHOSE OBJECTS ARE THE RELIEF OF CANCER OR CANCER RESEARCH AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS TO THE PUBLIC. B. TO AID AND RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
