THE SUPPORT OF CHURCH OF ENGLAND CLERGY, WHETHER DIRECTLY OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHERS, WHERE A NEED IS IDENTIFIED; 2. THE TRAINING AND SUPPORT OF LAY PERSONS AS EVANGELISTS; 3. THE TRAINING AND SUPPORT OF OTHER CHRISTIAN WORKERS (WHETHER FULL OR PART-TIME).
