THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE AND IT IS HEREBY DECLARED THAT THE WORD "CHARITABLE" HAS THE MEANING ASSIGNED THERETO BY THE LAW FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
