Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE: (A) THE RELIEF OF EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL SUFFERING OF PERSONS WHO ARE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL OR TRANSGENDER (LGBT) OR UNCERTAIN OF THEIR SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR GENDER IDENTITY BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND SUPPORT. (B) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR AMONG LGBT PEOPLE, BY RAISING AWARENESS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT MATTERS THAT AFFECT THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SEXUAL HEALTH.
