Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE NIGHTINGALES AND SURROUNDING AREA OF NEWBURY ("THE AREA OF THE BENEFIT") COMMUNITY YOUTH PROJECT AIMS TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
