FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE UK IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE PERSONS WHO WERE BORN IN THE KOKA COMMUNITY OF KASHMIR OR ARE DESCENDED FROM PERSONS BORN IN KASHMIR IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (I) RELIEF OF POVERTY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO HOUSING, WELFARE, BENEFITS ISSUES AND OTHER RELATED SUBJECTS, (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFESTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, 3.5 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT
