To offer to all choristers serving at Brecon Cathedral tuition on a musical instrument or singing lessons in addition to their choral training in the Cathedral choir. To secure the arrangements for the employment of a full time Organist and Director of Music and of a part time assistant, to have oversight of the choristers musical education as above.
