MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED ON THE 17TH OF JANUARY 2002 AS AMENDED BY A CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION ON CHANGE OF NAME ON 19 DECEMBER 2003.
Charitable objects
THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED: I) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC LIVING IN OR VISITING THE AREA OF BENEFIT PARTICULARLY BY RUNNING COMPETITIONS WHICH ENCOURAGE THE DISPLAY OF FLOWERS, SHRUBS, TREES AND LANDSCAPES IN PLACES VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC; II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY SCHOOL CHILDREN, IN ALL OR ANY SUBJECTS CONCERNING ECOLOGICAL SUSTAINABILITY AND NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION; AND III) TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE USE OF LAND THROUGH ALL FORMS OF HORTICULTURE AND GARDENING.
