TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF PENN HALL SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY OR THE DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION AND SKILLS (DFES).
