1) TO PROVIDE COUNSELLING, INFORMATION, HELP, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO SOMALI FAMILIES INCLUDING REFUGEES, PROVIDED SUCH PERSONS ARE IN NEED OF SUCH COUNSELLING, INFORMATION, HELP, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE. 20 TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY MEANS OF ASSISTING REFUGEES BOTH IN THIS COUNTRY AND IN SOMALIA BY TAKING POSITIVE MEASURES TO BRING IMMEDIATE RELIEF AND SUPPORT BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD, MEDICAL SUPPLIES, REHABILITATION, EDUCATION AND OTHER EMERGENCY RELIEF
