THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD FOR ALL PURPOSES THAT ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME.
