(B) TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER RELEVANT QUALITY TRAINING LINKED TO JOBS AN INDUSTRIES; (C) TO MAKE AND MAINTAIN LINKS TO EMPLOYERS, SECURING ACCESS TO JOBS AND TRAINING; (D) TO ENCOURAGE AND STIMULATE POSITIVE PARTICIPATION IN FURTHER EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING BY RAISING THE ATTAINMENT STANDARD ASPIRATION LEVEL AND EMPLOYABILITY OF YOUNG PEOPLE.
