(A) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN AWARENESS OF WORKS OF ART AND IN PARTICULAR THE WORKS OF ALFRED COHEN BY ARRANGING PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND FACILITATING THE PLACING OF HIS WORKS IN PUBLIC COLLECTIONS AND ENABLING RESEARCH INTO HIS WORK AND THE PUBLICATION OF WORK ABOUT ALFRED COHEN.
(B) ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES INCLUDING THE MAKING OF DONATIONS TO ANY CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WITH SIMILAR OBJECTS.
