TO USE AND PERMIT THE RESEARCH AND TEACHING CENTRE ON THE SITE OF THE WOODLANDS HOSPITAL, BRISTOL ROAD SOUTH, NORTHFIELD, BIRMINGHAM ("THE CENTRE") TO PROMOTE:- (1) EDUCATION AND ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE AMONGST DOCTORS, NURSES, OR OTHER MEDICAL STAFF AND STUDENTS AND PERSONS ENGAGED IN ANY SUPPLEMENTARY PROFESSIONS RELATING TO ORTHOPAEDIC AILMENTS AND THEIR TREATMENT AND CURES; (2) THE UNDERTAKING AND DEVELOPMENT OF ANY RESEARCH PROJECTS AIMED AT INCREASING MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE OF ORTHOPAEDIC AILMENTS AND TO DISSEMINATE AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
