THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE THE RELIEF OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS LIVING WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH NORFOLK DISTRICT COUNCIL AND IN THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
