TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN SUNDERLAND BY SUPPORTING VOLUNTARY YOUTH WORK AGENCIES TO PROVIDE FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
