TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL ARTS IN LUTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS AND OTHER FACILITIES TO ENABLE YOUNG PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY GROUPS TO PARTICIPATE WITH A VIEW TO PROMOTING SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS FROM DIVERSE CULTURES.
