(A)TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AMONG PERSONS SUFFERING FROM HIV/AIDS IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF RESPITE CARE, COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY PROVISION OF EDUCATION ON HIV/AIDS. (B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENT AND THOSE CARING FOR THEM WITHIN THE FAMILY OR HOME, BY PROVISION OF RESPITE CARE AND EDUCATION ON DISABILITY AWARENESS. (C)THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF PERSONS IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR WHO ARE SUFFERING PHYSICALLY AND / OR MENTALLY AS A RESULT OF DRUG AND / OR ALCOHOL DEPENDENCY BY THE PROVISION OF CARE, SUPPORT, COUNSELLING EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS INCLUDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A CENTRE FOR THE REHABILITATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
