THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO RESTORE, MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE THE HOLGATE WINDMILL FOR THE PURPOSE OF SATISFYING THE CULTURAL, HISTORIC AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND PEOPLE OF YORK AND SURROUNDING AREA.
