THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROBLEMS AND THEIR FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND CARERS, WITH A VIEW TO REDUCING THE INCIDENCE OF DRUG AND ALCOHOL RELATED HARMS PARTICULARLY BY:- (A) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE, INFORMATION AND COUNSELLING AND THE PROVISION OF HOLISTIC THERAPIES (B) THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY THOSE WORKING TOWARDS THE ABOVE AIMS IN DRUG AND/OR ALCOHOL RELATED MATTERS.
