TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE BY PROMOTING THE EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES BY CHARITIES AND NON-CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THE OLDER PERSONS HOUSING AND SUPPORT SECTOR
