(2) THE TRUSTEES MAY ASSIST BENEFICIARIES BY: (A) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR (B) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHICH PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO BENEFICIARIES.
