TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS APPEARING IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONG THE PEOPLE OF LUTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. 2. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONG SUCH PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, COUNSELLING, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT.
