Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") 1. TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF THE PEOPLE OF KASHMIR DISPLACED OR AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTER OR WAR IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD, SHELTER, MEDICINE AND GRANTS. 2. TO PROVIDE IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PEOPLE OF KASHMIR IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLE OF KASHMIR, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.
