The Trust offers a range of services,activities for the children and young people in the local community. These include a Life Skills and Global Citizenship Scheme. This offers international and national travel opportunities to the children in this inner city school. They are able to enjoy experiences not normally open to them, which enriches their lives.

Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN TOWER HAMLETS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT SIR WILLIAM BURROUGH SCHOOL, TOWER HAMLETS, BY PROVIDING, AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT NOT PROVIDED UNDER THE STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS OF LOCAL AND NATIONAL AUTHORITIES. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES MAY UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SCHOOL AND FURTHER THE EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OF THE PUPILS.
