Charitable objects
THE HOLDING TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE PROPERTY TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, NAMELY TO PROVIDE IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE GENERAL USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT THE DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS CLASSES PARTIES AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
