(A) THE PROVISION OF PRE-SCHOOL, AFTER SCHOOL AND OTHER CHILDCARE FACILITIES
(B) THE PROVISION OF RELEVANT TRAINING COURSES FOR PARENTS, VOLUNTEERS AND STAFF.
