TO OBTAIN, RESTORE AND OPERATE A REPRESENTATIVE COLLECTION OF RAILWAY PASSENGER AND LUGGAGE ROLLING STOCK, PARTICULARLY THOSE PERTAINING TO THE CARRIAGE AND OPERATION OF MAIL SERVICES, TOGETHER WITH A MUSEUM AND COLLECTION OF ARTEFACTS TO ILLUSTRATE THOSE SERVICES, FOR USE BY, AND FOR THE EDUCATION OF, THE PUBLIC IN THE ART AND TECHNIQUE OF RAILWAY COACH BUILDERS AND IN PARTICULAR THE HISTORY OF RAILWAY MAIL TRAIN SERVICES, AND THE OPERATION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ROLLING STOCK.
