FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LEEDS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE REFUGEES OR ASYLUM SEEKERS FROM THE SUDAN BY RELIEVING SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION. 2. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION, OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
