(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF CHINESE ETHNIC ORIGIN IN THE CHINESE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE; AND
(2) TO PROMOTE RACIAL HARMONY AND UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE OF CHINESE ORIGIN AND OTHER COMMUNITIES.
