THE ALDERTON TRUSTEES HEREBY DECLARE THAT THEY AND THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TITLE WILL HOLD THE PROPERTY HEREBY CONVEYED UPON TRUST FOR THE USE OF AND ENJOYMENT BY PERSONS FROM TIME TO TIME FORMING PART OF THE COMMUNITY OF THE VILLAGE KNOWN AS ALDERTON AFORESAID.
