THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC AND CONTENTS OF SAINT CEWYDD'S CHURCH ABEREDW (INCLUDING WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE CHURCH LYCHGATE AND THE WALLS OF THE CHURCHYARD AND ANY FUTURE EXTENSIONS OR IMPROVEMENTS MADE TO THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCHYARD AND ANY FUTURE EXTENSION THEREOF OR IMPROVEMENTS MADE THERETO)
2. TO MAINTAIN SAINT CEWYDD'S CHURCH ABEREDW AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP FOR PERSONS PROFESSING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH OR IN FELLOWSHIP WITH THE ANGLICAN TRADITION.
