FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PERSONS OVER FIFTY WITH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS RESIDING IN SOUTH LONDON TO RELIEVE THEIR POVERTY AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
