A) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROUNDHAY PARK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC B) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF LEEDS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS
