2. OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE WHICH ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BENEFICIAL TO THE PUBLIC INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY IN THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE.
